Return of goods:

We operate a “no-quibbles” guarantee on all stock items, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

However, for specialised products made to order we will not be able to offer a full refund, as they have been made to order.

If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details below for advice.

If the item is either faulty or damaged you must contact our Returns team within 3 working days of delivery, who will arrange for a replacement or refund:

Please note we will not accept any returns unless authorised prior with a member of staff, we do not accept any returned items without prior notification. Returns when authorised are then at the cost of the individual and maybe subject to a surcharge.

Please ensure you are ordering the correct items, as Skinner Marine Services Ltd cannot be responsible for incorrect items being ordered. Whenever the wrong goods are ordered Skinner Marine Services Ltd will not be held responsible for incorrect ordering, please take care when placing an order, we are only a telephone call away for advice on the right product.

In the case of warranted goods a valid Invoice must be produced at all times. We cannot accept any goods for repair or replacement without a valid Skinner Marine Services Ltd invoice which you receive when ordering your goods. The repair or replacement of goods will be at the discretion of Skinner Marine Services Ltd.

For your own protection we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post office. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Right to Cancel

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days following the day on which you receive the goods.

Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.

In all instances you should notify us first email and we will advise you the returns procedure as it may vary from item to item.

We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by you in error)
